WST Commander Privacy Policy
Effective: 25 September 2026
WST Commander is operated by SANOATI MADADKOR KUSHON. This policy explains how WST Commander processes information when you create an account, pair a computer, connect ChatGPT, or use remote tools.
Information we process
- Account information such as your name, email address, workspace name, and password hash.
- Device and connection information such as device name, pairing status, agent version, capabilities, and service timestamps.
- OAuth authorization records needed to connect ChatGPT. Access and refresh tokens are stored as cryptographic hashes where applicable; plaintext passwords are not stored.
- Tool requests and results that you explicitly initiate, which may contain local system information, file paths, file contents, process/service information, Git status, or approved application actions.
- Support requests that you submit, including your email address, subject, and message.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate users, pair devices, route requested tool actions to the correct paired computer, return results to ChatGPT or the WST Commander web app, maintain service security, and provide support.
Local computer access
WST Commander does not continuously browse your computer. The local agent performs only the tools exposed by the service and only when requested through your authenticated account. Write or action tools may require additional confirmation in ChatGPT depending on your permission settings.
Sharing
We do not sell user data to advertisers. Data is transmitted only as needed to operate WST Commander, including communication with ChatGPT when you connect and use the plugin.
Retention and deletion
Account, pairing, authorization, task, and support records may be retained while needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated service records through the support page.
Security
WST Commander uses HTTPS for public service traffic, tenant isolation, per-device credentials, OAuth 2.1 with PKCE for ChatGPT linking, and scoped read/write permissions. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection.
